DESCRIPTION: Performed the structural and civil design for a new film studies and cinema archives facility with a 429-seat Cinema. The 38,400 S. F. facility is a one-story, steel-framed structure with a heavy timber framed Atrium. The civil / site development included new access drives, parking areas, utilities and all related site construction.
