DESCRIPTION: This 1,000-car parking structure is located at the Northwestern portion of the campus at the corner of North Eagleville Road and Alumni Road. The garage consists of five levels of slab on grade parking with four levels of precast concrete tees. There are four bays of tees spanning 55 feet in the east-west direction. The total length of the garage is approximately 300 feet providing nearly 340,000 total square footage. Macchi Engineers was responsible for the civil design, layout, operational plan, schematic design, RFP, construction administration, special inspection services, and structural threshold review.
