DESCRIPTION: Macchi Engineers is providing the structural design services for a new 3-story, 85,000 SF high school on the University of Hartford Campus. The school consists of the Commons, the Academic Pavilion and the Athletic Center. This new 9-12 grade high school facility will accommodate up to 400 students. The building includes academic classrooms, labs, science facilities, two gymnasiums, and exhibit and lecture space. There is also a three story atrium that contains a lunch room.
