DESCRIPTION: Develop an RFP and the schematic design for a new 200,000 SF 600-car, precast concrete, design / build parking garage on the Southern Connecticut State University Campus. The project includes the identification of the garage layout, circulation, security systems, entrance / exit locations, stair tower locations, pedestrian access, site development and construction administration.
