DESCRIPTION: Macchi Engineers performed the structural engineering services for the construction of a two-story boathouse meeting facility. The building is a reinforced concrete structure with a heavy timber truss roof and a pile supported foundation. The building was designed to flood during high water. Our firm performed services acting as the Owner’s Representative and on-site construction inspection and special inspection services.
