GROSS AREA: 190,000 SF New Additions and Renovations
DESCRIPTION: Structural and civil design for new additions and renovations to existing school. The structural design portion included demolition to a portion of the existing school, design of the new addition and major renovation work within the existing school. The civil design is limited to 40 acres and includes all site utilities including storm, water and septic systems and design of a large on-site detention basin. The project involved reorientation of parking to improve pedestrian access and safety, permitting and project coordination with DPW and DEP. The project is located in an area sensitive to prehistoric archaeological resources.
