DESCRIPTION: This project included the structural and civil design of a 3-story, 100,000 SF addition and 100,000 SF renovation of the existing facility, including a 50,000 SF roof replacement system. Additional project elements included new floor infills, load rating for new filing systems and medical equipment, and exterior restoration of the existing curtain wall, brick and glass work.
The site development portion for this expansion project included storm drainage, new roadways, parking areas, sidewalks, lighting and utility coordination.
