GROSS AREA: 420,000 SF New Construction and Renovations
DESCRIPTION: Structural design of a new 120,000 SF addition includes a new field house, classrooms and office spaces. Major renovations of 300,000 SF to the existing school building include extensive modifications to pool and gymnasium areas. Provided structural design of framing for supports of new roof top mechanical system. Performed construction administration and special inspection services.
