DESCRIPTION: The civil/site development included the design of a ½ mile access drive, utility connections, landscaping, and permitting for a 56-unit free standing luxury condominium complex.
Utility design consisted of a sanitary sewer collection system, water distribution system, and storm water management system with detention. MDC, DEP, Hartford Flood Commission, and City Planning approvals were also obtained.
