DESCRIPTION: Performed the structural and civil design services for renovations and construction of new additions to both schools totaling approx. 54,000 SF. Also provided construction administration and special inspections. The civil/site portion included new access roads, parking areas, walks, utilities, athletic fields, STC permitting, and all related site construction.
