DESCRIPTION: Civil and structural design services for a new two-story, approx 8,500 SF police station. Structure consists of wood framing, masonry veneer, seam metal roof and concrete foundation. Civil/site development included the demolition of the existing buildings, drives and parking lot and the construction of a new access drive, sidewalks, parking lot, sanitary sewer, storm drainage, domestic and fire services. Coordinated work with the Charter Oak Road Widening Project. Also upgraded campus tele/data and electrical services.
