DESCRIPTION: Performed the civil and structural design services for major renovation work to an existing 1920's historic theater building. The work performed was to convert an existing theater building to accommodate an upscale restaurant with the preservation of the building's historic exterior value. The civil / site development included site utilities consisting of sanitary sewer, water service, storm drain layouts. Project included site grading and layout, sedimentation and erosion control plans and details including drives, parking areas, sidewalks and curbs. The project also included construction administration and special inspection services.
