Environmental Storm Water Management Plan & Athletic Fields Feasibility Study - 2007
Civil engineering for the development of an environmental storm water management plan of the entire main campus and a feasibility study of all the existing athletic fields. The study included an analysis of the stormwater flows of the major watercourses through the campus and review the impact of the campus on stormwater quality. The report included a feasibility study of upgrading the existing athletic fields to conform to National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) requirements. Project included Topographic Survey, Geotechnical Sub-surface explorations, and Sport Field Feasibility Study,
Design of Athletic Fields - 2008
Provided civil engineering and landscape architecture design services for the construction of synthetic fields including soccer, baseball, softball and new running track. Design of stormwater, sanitary and retaining wall. Services included conceptual layout and grading, site utilities, hydraulic analysis, assisted owner with preparation of bid documents, preparation of permits including DEP Stormwater Management. The project involved the relocation of the existing soccer, baseball and softball fields, and the construction of a multiuse recreational field.
Design of Press Box, Grandstand and Locker Room Facility - 2002
Performed the structural design services for a new press box, grandstand and locker room facility for the CCSU football field including the design of foundation systems for 100’ tall tower lighting. Field lighting included the soccer field, football field and emergency lighting for the grandstands. Project also included construction administration and special inspections for the grandstand and design of new cast in place concrete dugouts for the baseball field.
